The short version: we collect as little as possible and we never touch your health data.

What we collect

Email address and name for your account. Subscription status and billing information handled by Stripe. That is it.

What we never collect

Your health journal entries, slider readings, diary text, photos, symptom tags. These never leave your device.

How AI works

When you generate pattern insights or a GP Brief, an anonymised snapshot of your data is sent to Anthropic's API. No name, no email, no account ID is included. The snapshot contains only health metrics and anonymised notes.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

Third parties

Supabase for authentication and subscription data. Stripe for payment processing. Anthropic for AI features. Cloudflare for security. None of these receive your health data.

Your rights

You can export all your data as CSV from Settings at any time. You can delete all your data from Settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
