Who we are
myfilr is operated by Highfield Digital. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Account information: email address, name (optional), Google account info if you sign in with Google.
Documentation data: journal entries, pain scores, medication logs, appointment records, insurance communications, wage records, photos, voice recordings, and other content you enter into myfilr.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Usage data: basic analytics to improve the service.
How we use your data
To provide the myfilr service — storing, displaying, and generating reports from your documentation.
To send you onboarding emails and service updates.
To process AI-generated summaries — anonymised snapshots only, no personally identifiable information sent to AI providers.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database) with row-level security — only you can access your records. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database is hosted in a US data centre.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time (export feature in Settings). You can request permanent deletion of your account and all data by contacting support@myfilr.com.
Third-party services
We use: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI report generation), Cloudflare (security). None of these providers have independent access to your documentation data beyond what is required to provide their service.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.
Children
myfilr is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes.
