Who we are

myfilr is a Workers' Compensation documentation tool operated by Highfield Digital.

What myfilr is

myfilr is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not legal advice. It is not medical advice. It does not guarantee any outcome for your claim. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use myfilr. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

Your data

You own your documentation data. We store it securely in our cloud database protected by row-level security. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (hosting, email, payment processing).

AI features

Some features use AI to generate summaries and reports from your data. An anonymised snapshot of your entries is sent to the AI provider for processing. No personally identifiable information is included in AI requests.

Payments and refunds

myfilr costs $79.95 USD per year. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime and retain access until your period ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use myfilr to store content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

myfilr is provided as-is. We are a documentation tool, not a legal or medical service. We make no guarantees about the admissibility or legal weight of any records created using myfilr. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your use of the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes.
