Using myfilr

myfilr is a personal health journalling tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use myfilr.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time through Settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting hello@myfilr.com.

Your data

You own your health data. We do not claim any rights to it. You can export or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use myfilr for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the service.

Limitation of liability

myfilr is provided as is. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information in the app.
